Function
Our client is looking for a service desk professional to support the daily follow-up of an asset management environment related to automated number plate recognition. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for users, helping to ensure that tickets, communications, and operational issues are handled efficiently, accurately, and with a strong service mindset.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support by registering, tracking, and resolving questions and incidents in the ticketing system.
- Communicate proactively and reactively with internal and external stakeholders regarding the status and progress of requests and incidents.
- Prepare reports and perform analyses to support follow-up and decision-making.
- Monitor SLA performance, escalate supplier issues when needed, and help maintain service quality.
- Register installations in the asset management tool and keep records up to date.
- Work closely with IT and security teams to ensure a secure and efficient operational setup.
- Identify recurring issues, improve work instructions, and update documentation where needed.
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience in a technical service desk or support environment, with at least 3 years of practical exposure.
- Experience with ticketing, reporting, and knowledge management tools or platforms.
- Basic understanding of ANPR systems, camera hardware, and related software is a plus.

Practical Information
- Full-time assignment.
- On-site presence is required at least 2 days per week, depending on tasks and team agreements.
- Telework is allowed from the employee’s or contractor’s domicile address in Belgium.
- Languages required: Dutch, English, and French.
