We're looking for a Service Desk Consultant to support our client's IT operations team.

Our client in the public sector is hiring a hands-on Service Desk professional to join their IT Operations team. You’ll provide first-line support, manage user environments, and help maintain IT infrastructure across software and hardware.

Key Responsibilities

  • First-line support: register, prioritize, and resolve tickets

  • Install and manage desktops (Windows 11, Office 2016+), hardware, and peripherals

  • Support in Citrix, VMware, VPN (DirectAccess / Always On), and MDM (e.g. Intune)

  • Maintain IT inventory, configure smartphones, and support users

  • Communicate clearly with end users and report to team leads

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of ICT experience, 4+ years in service desk roles

  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, SCCM, WDS, Windows 11

  • Experience with service desk tools (e.g. OmniTracker) and CMDB

  • Fluent in Dutch

  • Familiarity with ITIL, networking basics, and Office 365

  • Team player with structured, user-focused approach

  • Willing to travel and work flexible hours when needed
