Servicedesk & Support Engineer
Function
We’re looking for a Support Engineer to join our client’s team and play a key role in supporting and optimizing the digital workplace for end users, mostly configuring hardware and helping with day-to-day digital challenges. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the business, combining hands-on technical expertise with a service-oriented mindset.
The role
As part of our client’s modern workplace environment, you will focus on the deployment, configuration, and support of end-user devices. You will work closely with IT stakeholders and provide reliable day-to-day support to users, ensuring a smooth and secure digital experience.
Key responsibilities

Configure and enroll laptops using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot

Provide first- and second-line end-user support for workplace devices and applications

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a professional and user-friendly manner

Support and apply security measures within the modern workplace environment

Collaborate with internal IT teams and contribute to clear technical reporting
Your profile

Proven experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot for device configuration and management

Solid background in end-user support within a modern workplace setup

Familiarity with Microsoft Defender and Conditional Access policies is considered a strong advantage

Able to work independently while remaining a reliable team player

Comfortable working in an environment where end users and stakeholders may have different language backgrounds
Languages

Dutch: required

French: good working knowledge required (for reporting and collaboration with international IT teams)
Practical Requirements

100% on-site for 5 days a week.
