We're looking for a skilled consultant to join our client's team, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing their ServiceNow landscape. This position involves coordinating and managing various projects across different departments, focusing on business alignment, team management, and the upkeep of communication channels among stakeholders.

Responsibilities

As a key player in the ServiceNow projects, you will be responsible for:

  • Centralizing and coordinating ongoing ServiceNow initiatives across ICT and business divisions.
  • Acting as the primary contact for business stakeholders seeking to implement new processes or services.
  • Leading the ESM team composed of internal IT resources and external ServiceNow consultants.
  • Maintaining project timelines, formulating clear requirements, and overseeing progress up to the go-live phase.
  • Facilitating effective collaboration between the ServiceNow platform owner, internal IT staff, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Contributing to the development of business cases and ensuring service delivery aligns with organizational goals.

Role Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a strong functional understanding of ServiceNow, enabling them to guide projects effectively, validate proposals, and ensure quality without being a technical executor. Responsibilities will also include:

  • Collaborating with the platform owner and relevant management to discuss significant changes or configurations.
  • Coordinating the development of project plans, monitoring project progress, and reporting status to management.
  • Organizing project meetings and ensuring action items are tracked effectively.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and user interface enhancements.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, ICT, Business Analysis, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in project coordination or functional roles within an IT or business setting.
  • At least 10 years of experience with ServiceNow in a functional or project-based capacity.
  • Proven experience leading teams in similar contexts and managing large-scale initiatives beyond IT.
  • Fluent in Dutch or French, with a strong command of English.

Required Skills

  • Experience in project coordination within IT or business contexts.
  • Effective team leadership capabilities.
  • Functional knowledge of ServiceNow, particularly in modules such as ITSM, HRSD, and CSM.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to articulate technical proposals to non-technical audiences.
