SharePoint Platform Administrateur/Architect

We're looking for a consultant to join our client's team, where you'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and help shape the digital workplace experience. This role is crucial in establishing a robust and sustainable architecture for a content management platform based on the Microsoft ecosystem, ensuring a seamless flow of information throughout its lifecycle.
Responsibilities
You will collaborate closely with the Digital Workplace team to implement a clear, cohesive, and governed SharePoint architecture aligned with the organization's IT standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining and evolving the SharePoint architecture (both Online and On-Prem), ensuring it aligns with the overall Microsoft ecosystem, especially the Power Platform.
- Guiding the SharePoint team in technical and organizational decisions to maintain a clear and scalable platform.
- Establishing and enforcing architectural governance, ensuring all solutions meet defined standards.
- Validating design choices before project initiation, assisting business teams in aligning their needs with the target architecture.
- Implementing and maintaining guides, standards, and best practices for site structuring, access management, and development rules.
- Ensuring stakeholder engagement to foster adherence to the architecture vision and regulations.
- Participating in governance instances and serving as a quality assurance advocate for implemented solutions.
The Ideal Candidate
Beyond technical expertise, we seek a candidate who can provide structure, foster collaboration, and drive maturity in architectural practices. The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong architectural reference skills and the ability to clarify complex environments.
- Substantial technical administration capabilities to meet operational challenges effectively.
- Experience with governance and structuring of the Power Platform in response to the growing demand for low-code/no-code solutions.
- Proficiency in managing user-driven developments to ensure they are aligned with overarching architecture principles, secure, compliant, maintainable, reusable, and cost-effective.
