SharePoint Solution Expert & Migration Specialist

Function

We’re looking for a consultant to join our client’s team and play a key role in designing, optimizing, and modernizing their digital workplace environment. In this position, you will work on the development, migration, and maintenance of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions, while supporting the transition of legacy workflow platforms to modern automation technologies. The role also includes exploring and implementing Artificial Intelligence capabilities, including Copilot technologies, to improve collaboration and efficiency across the organization.

Role & Responsibilities
In this role, you will combine technical expertise with a strong understanding of business processes to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. You will be involved in the full lifecycle of solutions — from analysis and architecture to implementation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Facilitating workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes

• Analyzing existing SharePoint environments and workflow ecosystems, including dependencies and integrations

• Designing solution roadmaps and architecture proposals aligned with Microsoft 365 best practices

• Defining functional and technical specifications for new or improved solutions

• Assessing and preparing migration strategies, including the transition from legacy workflow platforms to modern solutions

• Identifying and designing AI-driven use cases, including solutions built with Copilot Studio

• Evaluating migration risks and ensuring continuity and stability during transformation initiatives

Implementation & Delivery
You will also play a hands-on role in delivering solutions and ensuring their successful adoption across the organization.

Your tasks will include:

• Configuring, developing, and testing SharePoint, workflow automation, and Microsoft 365 solutions

• Collaborating with key users and stakeholders to validate solutions and resolve technical issues

• Creating and maintaining functional and technical documentation

• Supporting user adoption through training sessions and training materials

• Coordinating acceptance testing and production deployments

• Designing and implementing Copilot agents and AI-powered automation to support different teams within the organization

Profile – The Ideal Candidate
Our client is looking for a consultant who combines strong technical expertise with analytical thinking and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key qualifications include:

• Proven experience with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solution design and implementation

• Experience with workflow platforms and migration projects within Microsoft environments

• Knowledge of AI-driven productivity tools, including Copilot Studio or similar technologies

• Strong understanding of solution architecture, system integration, and enterprise collaboration platforms

• Ability to monitor performance, security, and platform stability while implementing improvements

• Experience providing third-line support and continuous optimization of collaboration platforms
