We’re looking for an experienced Test Coordinator to join our client's large-scale digital transformation initiative, built around a greenfield implementation of SAP S/4HANA. This long-term program aims to harmonize processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen digital capabilities across all business units. Role & Responsibilities

As Test Coordinator, you will plan, organize, and oversee all testing activities within the program. You will work closely with functional experts, technical teams, and external partners to ensure that solutions meet both quality standards and business expectations.

Your main tasks include:

• Developing test plans aligned with the program’s overarching test strategy, ensuring clear objectives, scope, timelines, and resource planning.

• Coordinating functional tests, integration tests, and user acceptance tests (UAT), ensuring proper preparation of test data and environments.

• Tracking execution progress, monitoring key metrics (coverage, defects, execution status), and validating that all findings are documented, followed up, and resolved prior to go-live.

• Acting as the main point of contact for all testing-related topics, communicating risks, results, and dependencies to project management and business stakeholders.

A background in transport or industrial environments is an advantage.

Conformity Criteria

• Completed at least one full test cycle as Test Coordinator in a large SAP ERP project with a minimum of five end-to-end processes (R2R, Q2C, S2P, MFP, HR, P2MA, SCM, CS).

• Minimum of five years of experience as Test Coordinator involving more than 75 end users.

• Hands-on expertise with at least two test orchestration tools (e.g., HP ALM, Jira, qTest), including scenario management, monitoring, and defect follow-up.

• Experience using a test tool capable of ERP test automation.

• Ability to communicate fluently in French, Dutch, and English (written and spoken).

• ISTQB Foundation certification is mandatory.

Evaluation Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, business economics, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and proven experience with at least two testing tools.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to manage pressure, handle deadlines, and prioritize efficiently.

• Expertise in S/4HANA testing across at least five end-to-end processes (R2R, Q2C, S2P, MFP, HR, P2MA, SCM, CS).

• Availability for at least two days per week on-site in Brussels (near a main train station).
