We’re looking for a Medior Sitecore Developer to join our client’s international web team and help build modern, high-performing digital platforms across commercial channels and product environments. This role is perfect for an experienced developer who enjoys working on large-scale web platforms and wants to be part of a dynamic, performance-driven environment where quality, innovation, and user experience are key.

The Role
As part of the development team, you will take an active role in designing, building, and optimizing enterprise-level websites using Sitecore. You will work closely with designers and backend developers to deliver seamless, reliable, and user-friendly web experiences. In addition to development, you will contribute to improving performance, ensuring stability, and keeping platforms aligned with the latest technologies and best practices.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing and enhancing complex websites using Sitecore CMS

• Monitoring and improving application performance, reliability, and scalability

• Integrating frontend solutions with backend systems for real-time data exchange

• Translating UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive web interfaces

• Ensuring cross-browser compatibility and resolving related issues

• Introducing modern Sitecore and web development practices into the team

• Implementing and maintaining automated testing standards and quality checks

• Communicating progress clearly and supporting junior developers through mentoring and guidance

Technical & Practical Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should bring solid experience with Sitecore and modern web development.

Required skills and experience:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Sitecore development

• Proven experience with Sitecore 10 XP, including containers, analytics, and marketing forms

• Experience with Sitecore migrations and version upgrades

• Strong backend integration experience for consistent data exchange

• Good understanding of performance tuning and cross-browser optimization

• Fluency in English

• Willingness to provide on-call support for production incidents when required

• International project exposure is considered a plus
