Software Architect .NET

Function

As a .NET Architect, you will be instrumental in shaping and implementing a modernized .NET framework for our projects. You will collaborate closely with the software development manager to set up a robust .NET architecture and mentor the team in enhancing their .NET capabilities. Additionally, you will actively participate in the development of strategic projects with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Lead the development and implementation of a modernized .NET framework, ensuring it meets scalability, performance, and security requirements.
• Collaborate with the software development manager to establish best practices and guidelines for .NET development within the team.
• Participate in decision-making processes regarding the selection and implementation of .NET frameworks, considering the evolving project needs.
• Mentor and empower team members to strengthen their skills in .NET development.
• Actively contribute to strategic projects, demonstrating both technical expertise and effective time management skills.

Other Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive experience in .NET development, with proficiency in backend .NET solutions. Knowledge of React for frontend development is advantageous.
• Proven experience in team leadership or mentoring roles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
