Are you ready to take the lead in IT projects that drive digital transformation?
We are looking for an Software Coordinator to implement, support, and align software solutions with business objectives. In this role, you’ll act as a pivotal technical expert, bridging business needs and IT solutions, and shaping the product roadmap in a collaborative, international environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the integration and alignment of software solutions with business requirements.

  • Conduct fit-gap analyses to determine where configuration or custom development is needed.

  • Translate user stories into functional requirements and consolidate functional designs.

  • Oversee the configuration and integration of software components into broader systems.

  • Guide development teams, coordinate with technical platforms, and support testers for specific features.

  • Define and evaluate technical requirements for RFPs and ensure compliance with internal IT standards (security, architecture, etc.).

  • Contribute actively to solution architecture and ensure both functional and non-functional requirements are met.

  • Build expertise in specific software components and advise on their added value for the organization.

  • Manage vendor relations and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology (or equivalent experience).

  • Several years of relevant experience as an IT Project Manager or Solution Specialist, ideally in product selection, integration, and implementation.

  • Strong knowledge of project methodologies (Prince2, Agile, …).

  • Proven experience in writing functional designs and providing specifications to development teams.

  • Analytical mindset, structured and organized approach.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills at technical, conceptual, and management levels.

  • Customer-oriented, autonomous, and comfortable in international and remote teams.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally abroad.

  • Up to date with the latest IT developments.

  • Experience in the energy sector or Asset Management is a plus, but not required.

Technical and Business Skills

  • Strong understanding of IT architecture and software integration.

  • Experience managing IT projects based on standard market products.

  • Ability to translate functional and technical requirements into practical solutions.

  • Knowledge of calls for tender (RFI/RFP) processes.

Languages:

  • Fluent in French or Dutch, with good knowledge of the other national language.

  • English is mandatory.
