Function

We are looking for a Lead Solution Architect for our CRM domain with expertise and extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze current business needs and systems of stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of requirements and challenges, and represent the organization’s interests towards integrators in both project- and CoE-mode.
  • Design future-oriented solutions as part of the CRM transformation roadmap that leverage the central digital stack and product portfolio, aligning with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure designed solutions are effectively integrated into the existing landscape and meet operational requirements.
  • Conduct fit/gap analysis to define solution design, including to-be processes, solution architecture, integration design, migration approach, and non-functional requirements (e.g., performance).
  • Model products according to the Product/Capability model to ensure solutions are consistent and reusable within the broader portfolio.
  • Together with Enterprise and technical architects, evaluate and select technologies and frameworks that meet business needs and contribute to scalable and sustainable solutions.
  • Document architectural solutions and ensure clear communication to all stakeholders involved.
  • Conduct workshops and consultations with internal teams to ensure solutions are well understood and properly implemented.
  • Ensure continuous improvement and innovation within solutions by utilizing new technologies and methodologies.
  • Guide the up-skilling of the current internal team.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience
  • Minimum 10 years in a similar architect role
  • Experience in multiple large-scale CRM implementation projects (1000+ man days) characterized by systematic and milestone-driven work
  • Ability to work independently and in project teams, taking ownership, accountability, and responsibility
  • Coaching skills through close collaboration with colleagues
  • Fluent in English; ideally also in French and/or Dutch
  • Certified in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service
  • Certified in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert
  • Certified TOGAF or equivalent experience
