Solution Architect SAP

Function

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect to support our client in large-scale international transformation and rollout initiatives. You will translate business requirements into scalable end-to-end SAP solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and global template governance.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solutions aligned with global architecture principles
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable solution designs
• Promote the use of SAP standard functionalities and challenge unnecessary custom developments
• Lead solution design across SAP domains including FI/CO, MM, SD and integrations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, consultants, developers and external partners
• Ensure consistency and governance across countries and projects
• Support impact analysis, design validation and deployment activities
• Act as solution design authority throughout the project lifecycle

Profile

• Strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout experience
• Proven experience in Solution Architecture or Solution Design roles
• Deep understanding of SAP integrations across finance, logistics and sales processes
• Experience with structured delivery methodologies such as SAP Activate
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable operating in international and multi-stakeholder environments

Nice to Have

• Experience in multi-country SAP rollouts
• Knowledge of enterprise integrations and application landscape optimization
• Experience within manufacturing, automotive or distribution sectors

Practical

• Languages: English professional proficiency required
• You'll work on a long term project (multi year)
• Able to work in Ghent, combined with 2 days of teleworking
