Solution Designer M365 Services

Function

We’re looking for a Senior Solution Designer to join our client’s Digital Collaboration environment, where you will play a leading role in shaping modern workplace and collaboration solutions based on Microsoft 365 technologies. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders, project teams, and technical experts, you will drive the design, implementation, and adoption of innovative collaboration and AI-powered productivity solutions across a large-scale enterprise environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyse business needs and translate collaboration and productivity requirements into scalable Microsoft 365 solutions;
• Design functional solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies while ensuring alignment with governance, compliance, and security standards;
• Configure and customize Microsoft 365 applications and connected third-party solutions, including:
  • SharePoint Online
  • Microsoft Teams
  • OneDrive
  • Planner
  • Viva Engage
• Support the adoption and integration of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, and lightweight Copilot Agents in business-driven scenarios;
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions, and requirement-gathering meetings to promote best practices and solution adoption;
• Produce high-quality solution documentation, workload estimations, handover materials, and implementation proposals;
• Participate actively in Agile project environments, including sprint meetings, steering committees, and project governance sessions;
• Collaborate closely with technical administrators, governance teams, security stakeholders, and business representatives.

Technical Environment & Expertise

Our client is seeking a consultant with strong hands-on expertise in:

• Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms and ecosystem;
• Microsoft 365 governance, compliance, and security practices;
• Functional solution design and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM);
• Microsoft 365 Admin Centers and operational best practices;
• AI-driven workplace solutions, including:
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot
  • Copilot Chat
  • Lightweight Copilot Agents
• Translating business-driven AI opportunities into compliant enterprise solutions;
• Agile project delivery methodologies.

Additional experience with Syntex, AI Builder, Enterprise Search, or RAG-based solutions is considered a strong asset.

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience with Microsoft 365 applications and solution customization;
• Proven experience delivering workshops and engaging business stakeholders around digital collaboration solutions;
• Strong background in governance implementation and stakeholder management;
• Experience working within large and complex enterprise environments;
• Excellent communication and documentation skills;
• Fluent in Dutch, professional level in English, and good understanding of French;
• University degree or equivalent professional experience;
• Ability to combine functional expertise, business analysis, and solution leadership in customer-facing environments.
