Supply Chain Project Manager SAP S/4 HANA

Function

We’re looking for a seasoned SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Project Manager to support our client’s large-scale ERP transformation program. In this strategic role, you will drive the successful delivery of complex SAP Supply Chain and warehouse management initiatives within a highly integrated S/4HANA landscape. You will act as a key coordination point between business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external system integrators to ensure successful project execution, smooth integrations, and operational readiness across multiple sites and environments.

The Role

As SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end project delivery for supply chain and warehousing initiatives linked to SAP S/4HANA implementations, including integrations with legacy ECC environments and connected logistics solutions. You will collaborate closely with program leadership, implementation partners, and operational teams to ensure business objectives, timelines, and quality standards are achieved.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading SAP Supply Chain and S/4HANA project delivery from initiation through go-live and hypercare
• Defining project scope, timelines, deliverables, governance structures, and communication plans
• Coordinating activities between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external implementation partners
• Managing integrations between SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments, including warehouse and logistics processes
• Overseeing deployments related to Stockroom Management, RF/mobile warehouse solutions, and connected SAP TM environments
• Monitoring budgets, planning, risks, dependencies, and overall project quality
• Driving stakeholder communication and ensuring alignment across all project streams
• Identifying risks and issues proactively while implementing mitigation and escalation strategies
• Supporting clean core principles and best practices within the SAP transformation landscape
• Using PMO and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, ARIS BPMN, Microsoft Project, and O365 applications to manage reporting and governance activities
• Contributing to change management and user adoption initiatives using methodologies such as SAP Activate and ADKAR

Ideal Candidate

Our client is seeking a senior SAP Project Manager with extensive experience leading supply chain and warehousing transformation projects within complex enterprise environments. You combine strong SAP functional understanding with excellent stakeholder management, governance, and delivery capabilities.

The ideal candidate brings:

• More than 10 years of SAP project management experience
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing SAP Supply Chain and warehousing projects
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Stockroom Management and SAP WM functionalities
• Proven experience managing integrations between SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments
• Experience with mobile warehouse solutions and RF device integrations
• Knowledge of integrations with automated warehouse solutions such as Kardex is considered a strong asset
• Understanding of integrations with SAP PM, PP, PS, and transportation-related processes is a plus
• Strong experience with project governance and collaboration tools including Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, ARIS BPMN, and O365 applications
• Experience working with IT service management methodologies such as ITIL and IT4IT
• Previous hands-on experience as an SAP SCM consultant is considered an advantage
• Proven experience supporting organizational change management initiatives and SAP Activate delivery frameworks
• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English
