Function
Our client's service system provides comprehensive support to their clients and our system engineers operating at client locations.
As a member of the team, you will play a crucial role in addressing initial inquiries and providing essential support to clients. Your responsibilities will involve effective communication with clients, incident triage, and swift problem resolution. You will collaborate closely with your more experienced colleagues when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle initial inquiries and client requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Triage and classify incoming incidents and service requests.
- Resolve straightforward technical issues and escalate complex problems to your colleague's.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of client interactions and issue resolutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor IT or graduate IT with at least 6 months' experience in end-user support or 2-3 years' experience in end-user support.
- You speak Dutch on full professional level, and have a solid understandig of English.
- Knowledge and experience in ITIL are advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with a client-oriented approach.
- A quick learner with a passion for problem-solving.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow established procedures.
- Willing to work 50% onsite
Technical Skills: The ideal candidate should have proficiency in some of the following technologies. Don't worry, if you don't know them, you'll learn them.
- Knowledge of HP Servers and storage
- Familiarity with networking, firewalls, and switching
- Knowledge of Windows Server (2012, 2016, 2019)
- Familiarity with Office 365, Exchange 2016/2013
- Basic knowledge of virtualisations such as VMware or HyperV
- Basic knowledge of backup solutions: Backup Exec or VEEAM
- Knowledge of XenApp and Remote Desktop Services (RDS)
- Some knowledge of cloud environments such as Azure, O365, Intune...
- Familiarity with N-Able monitoring
