Function
We're looking for a professional to join our client's team, playing a pivotal role in system integration and ensuring seamless collaboration across multiple domains. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical and analytical skills, as well as the ability to lead and coordinate integration efforts within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
The selected individual will be responsible for:
- Coordinating integration activities and following up on project specifications
- Analyzing technical and integration challenges, including data integrity and functional issues
- Facilitating problem-solving efforts among business, IT, and vendor teams
- Overseeing the interface design phase, adapting to a changing architectural landscape
- Preparing data for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and supporting migration cut-over and deployment activities
- Participating in the complete project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and hypercare support
Profile of the Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will bring:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a lead role within IT and business analysis contexts
- Deep knowledge of integration processes, middleware, and data analysis
- Experience with messaging technologies such as MQ, APIs, JSON, and XML
- A track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors
- Proactivity and flexibility in seeking information and engaging with various stakeholders
Assets and Expectations
Preferred experience includes:
- Knowledge of logistics and aviation business processes
- Experience with migration and cut-over strategies for go-live preparations
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) reporting processes
Successful candidates will demonstrate a long-term commitment to maintaining system integrity and supporting post-go-live activities. Fluency in English and Dutch is required for effective communication.
