Technical Analyst SAP CRM

Function

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our client's team, where you'll be integral in maintaining and supporting their SAP CRM application through both corrective and evolution processes. You'll engage in various tasks related to project assignments, ensuring adherence to set schedules and contributing to functional and technical analyses.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in maintenance and support tasks aligned with project initiatives.
• Conducting functional analyses and drafting technical specifications.
• Configuring solutions based on functional requirements and setting up the system.
• Collaborating with your technical colleagues, performing system testing, and ensuring thorough documentation.
• Managing tickets within the incident management process and reporting to relevant module specialists and designers.
• Monitoring CRM data architecture while adhering to internal IT standards and applying change and release management procedures.

The Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a commitment to quality, demonstrating responsibility and effective communication. You should be capable of working both within a team and independently, respecting timelines and showing a problem-solving attitude.

• Proven capacity to handle tasks with accuracy and diligence.
• Experience in debugging within SAP CRM and proficiency in the BRF+ framework.
• Background in integrating SAP CRM with related systems such as OpenText, SAP ISU, and knowledge of SAP BW and SAP FI.
• Familiarity with the master data concept (MDM) within SAP and understanding of SAP CRM database architecture.
• Experience in the Belgian energy sector or with DNB roles is a plus.

Technical Skills

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Expertise demonstrated through a minimum of 8 years as both a technical and functional analyst, including participation in at least five SAP CRM projects.
• Fluency in Dutch at the European CEFR level C2 and good command of English.
• Experience navigating complex application landscapes using established project methodologies.
