Technical ARIS Analyst

Function

We're looking for an experienced EA Technical Analyst Consultant to join our client's Enterprise Architecture team. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical management and continuous development of the ARIS platform, ensuring it effectively supports the client's Enterprise Architecture practice. You will contribute to platform administration, technical development, integrations, data quality, and reporting while working closely with both technical and business stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

As part of the Enterprise Architecture team, you will:

• Administer and maintain the ARIS platform, including installation, upgrades, high availability, multi-tenancy, user management, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Develop and customize ARIS reports, scripts, dashboards, and ARIS Connect functionalities using Java and JavaScript.
• Build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems and support data import, export, and automated data quality processes.
• Deliver technical solutions using ARIS Process Governance (APG), App Generator, and ARIS Aware dashboards.
• Support meta-model migrations, content transformations, and integrations with external platforms such as CMDB, ADOIT, or ServiceNow.
• Translate business and Enterprise Architecture requirements into scalable and effective ARIS solutions while ensuring platform performance and quality.
• Provide technical expertise throughout implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Profile

We're looking for a consultant who brings:

• At least 10 years of hands-on experience with the ARIS platform, covering both administration and development.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with ARIS administration, including installation, upgrades, multi-tenancy, high availability, user management, and SSO.
• At least 8 years of experience developing ARIS reports, scripts, ARIS Connect customizations, and integrations using Java and JavaScript.
• Experience delivering ARIS solutions within large and complex organizations, preferably in the public sector.
• Strong knowledge of ARIS Process Governance, App Generator, ARIS Aware, database management, and enterprise integrations.
• Fluency in English and either Dutch or French (professional proficiency), along with legal authorization to work in Belgium.
• Willingness to work onsite when required for the assignment.

Nice to Have

The following qualifications and experience will be considered strong assets:

• ARIS certification, such as ARIS Certified Business Process Administrator.
• Experience working for the ARIS product vendor or equivalent product-level expertise.
• Proven experience with ARIS meta-model migrations and complex multi-source data integrations.
• Expertise in automated data quality validation, semantic checks, dashboards, and report development.
• The ability to translate business and Enterprise Architecture requirements into robust technical ARIS solutions, demonstrated through successful project delivery.
