We're looking for a professional to join our client's team focused on enhancing technical operations and incident management. As part of a transformative initiative aimed at modernizing processes and improving efficiency, the role involves interacting with various stakeholders to ensure streamlined application performance and the effective use of technology in operational tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Ticket Management: Prioritize, dispatch, and oversee the resolution of support tickets, aiding frontline services in enhancing their operational maturity.
  • Incident Management: Analyze incidents, coordinate with technical teams to diagnose problems, and communicate resolutions along with post-mortem reports.
  • Release Management: Manage the bi-monthly release cycles, ensuring thorough testing and adherence to application responsibilities.
  • Technical Oversight: Serve as the go-to person for technical aspects of the application, organize regular meetings with development partners, and facilitate collaboration among technical teams involved with the project.
  • Project Coordination: Lead technical projects like infrastructure migration and application evolution, including compatibility testing.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of the technical components of the application.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Success in this role requires a strong background in IT project management and experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams. Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory, with additional proficiency in French being highly beneficial. The candidate should possess proven expertise in:

Additional Information

This position offers a dynamic work environment involving a multidisciplinary team of both internal and external stakeholders. Candidates are expected to be present in the office at least two times a week, depending on the tasks and team agreement, with remote work permitted within Belgium.
