Technical Delivery Lead

We're looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Lead to join our client's team and support a large-scale digital transformation program. You will play a key role in the delivery of a modern digital platform, ensuring the successful coordination, governance, and quality of a portfolio of digital products. Acting as the technical bridge between Product Owners, development teams, external partners, and business stakeholders, you will combine technical expertise with strong delivery management in a complex multi-vendor environment.

Role & Responsibilities

As Technical Delivery Lead, you will oversee the technical governance and delivery of a portfolio of digital solutions while ensuring quality, consistency, and operational readiness.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical leadership to ensure scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software solutions.
• Reviewing and challenging solution designs, technical decisions, and architectural approaches.
• Defining and promoting technical standards, best practices, and reusable components across the portfolio.
• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating technical risks while managing technical debt and driving continuous improvements.
• Conducting code reviews and ensuring compliance with coding, technical, and architectural standards.
• Supporting architecture and design reviews with a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to continuously improve development frameworks and engineering practices.
• Developing and maintaining delivery roadmaps, release plans, and migration plans.
• Coordinating dependencies across internal teams, suppliers, and delivery partners while monitoring planning, budgets, capacity, risks, and delivery constraints.
• Organizing delivery governance, providing transparent reporting, and proactively escalating risks and blockers.
• Defining quality standards, overseeing testing strategies, ensuring release readiness, and monitoring incidents, defects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Acting as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating collaboration, supporting decision-making, and communicating technical topics in a clear and accessible manner.

Technical Profile

We are looking for a senior technology professional with extensive experience in software delivery, architecture, and technical leadership.

You bring:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in software development, software delivery, or solution architecture.
• At least 5 years in a senior technical, coordination, or delivery leadership role.
• Proven experience delivering complex software programs within multi-vendor environments.
• Strong experience with Agile delivery methodologies and iterative software development.
• Experience with software migration and digital transformation initiatives is considered a strong asset.
• Solid understanding of software architecture and modern software engineering principles.
• Experience with API-driven integrations, microservices, cloud-based platforms, DevOps, CI/CD, and automation practices.
• Knowledge of testing strategies, quality management, release management, and configuration management.
• Hands-on experience with collaboration and delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, and GitHub.
• Understanding of how AI-assisted tools can enhance software delivery, testing, documentation, and quality assurance while ensuring responsible and compliant usage.
• Experience with digital platforms, content-driven solutions, or gaming environments is considered an advantage.
