We’re looking for a Technical Designer & Lead to join our client’s innovative team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape technical solutions, guide development activities, and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders. Our client is seeking someone who blends hands-on technical expertise with strong architectural thinking, capable of driving projects from concept to implementation.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and support the end-to-end technical design process, ensuring solutions align with business goals

• Translate conceptual ideas into detailed technical specifications and architecture

• Oversee development activities, guiding engineers and ensuring high-quality delivery

• Evaluate tools, frameworks, and technologies to recommend optimal technical approaches

• Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams to turn requirements into scalable solutions

• Ensure technical consistency, best practices, and performance across all components

Key Tasks

• Create and maintain architectural documentation, diagrams, and design standards

• Provide technical leadership during planning, development, and deployment phases

• Troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective, sustainable solutions

• Conduct code and design reviews to ensure maintainability and alignment with design principles

• Support integration of third-party or internal systems as required

Profile / Ideal Candidate

• Solid experience in a Technical Designer, Technical Architect, Tech Lead, or similar role

• Strong understanding of modern software development practices and system architecture

• Hands-on knowledge of relevant programming languages, frameworks, and design patterns

• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills

• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and manage technical decision-making

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for high-quality engineering
