We’re looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join our client’s application delivery environment and play a key role in driving technical excellence across critical software initiatives. This position combines strategic technical leadership with hands-on development responsibilities, making it ideal for a senior .NET expert who enjoys guiding teams while remaining actively involved in architecture, coding, and solution delivery.

Your Role

As Technical Lead, you will oversee the technical direction of a portfolio of applications while collaborating closely with developers, architects, analysts, infrastructure teams, and project stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards and operational objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams;
• Acting as the technical owner for application solutions within the team;
• Participating actively in software development, coding, feature implementation, and issue resolution;
• Designing scalable and maintainable application architectures in collaboration with architecture teams;
• Translating business and functional requirements into robust technical solutions;
• Producing technical documentation, release documentation, infrastructure requests, and deployment deliverables;
• Managing technical coordination with Infrastructure & Operations teams regarding configuration changes and system performance;
• Performing code reviews and implementing strong quality assurance practices;
• Optimizing application performance, reliability, and maintainability;
• Integrating modern security practices into software design and development;
• Evaluating and integrating new technologies aligned with business and architectural objectives;
• Leading complex troubleshooting and providing expert-level technical support when required.

• Software quality assurance and code review practices;
• Infrastructure coordination and deployment processes;
• Performance optimization and secure software development;
• Agile collaboration with functional analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams;
• Technical documentation and release management.

• Resilient, adaptable, and able to manage priorities under pressure;
• Passion for continuous learning and technology evolution;
• Fluent in Dutch or French (CEFR C2 level) with strong English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
