Technisch Project Manager

Function

We’re looking for a seasoned consultant to join our client’s team, contributing to a high-impact initiative involving intelligent camera systems and data-driven enforcement solutions. This role sits within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment where technology, infrastructure, and public-sector objectives intersect. You’ll play a key role in shaping, coordinating, and delivering IT projects that support critical operational capabilities.

Responsibilities & Tasks

In this role, you will drive project execution from analysis through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational goals. Your responsibilities include:

• Identifying improvement opportunities and proposing practical, scalable solutions
• Mapping and translating the specific needs of different operational units into actionable plans
• Defining and maintaining structured project approaches based on validated requirements
• Monitoring and reporting on project progress, including risks, bottlenecks, and mitigation strategies
• Establishing and enforcing quality management processes to ensure deliverables meet required standards
• Managing project tracking and documentation using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Supporting broader strategic initiatives related to infrastructure evolution (e.g. connectivity, network capabilities, system integrations)

Profile & Expertise

We’re seeking a hands-on expert with a strong technical background and proven experience in complex IT environments:

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT technical projects end-to-end
• Solid experience with:
  • IT project management methodologies
  • Integration and migration projects within existing infrastructures
  • Network architecture and connectivity (LAN / WAN / VLAN / VPN)
  • Security concepts, including firewalling and risk mitigation
  • Infrastructure monitoring, reporting, and documentation
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Proven ability to coordinate stakeholders across complex, multi-actor environments
• Familiarity with business continuity, backup strategies, and risk management
