We're looking for a dedicated professional to join our client’s team, focused on improving employee benefit solutions through innovative digital applications. Our client operates in the insurance domain, ensuring employers can provide valuable coverages for their employees while enhancing the overall user experience.

Responsibilities

As part of the Digital Solutions team, you will contribute to the functional testing of transactional websites and applications. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing test strategies, scenarios, and scripts to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Identifying and securing test data necessary for effective testing.
• Executing tests, including logging bugs and tracking resolutions.
• Reporting on the progress of testing activities and conducting recurrent non-regression testing.
• Analyzing maintenance issues within digital applications and providing effective resolutions.
• Critically analyzing detailed functional requirements and translating them into testing protocols.

Role

Your ability to empathize with end-users while also understanding the technical complexities will be vital. You will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and work collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth project execution. The role requires a proactive approach in which you will take ownership of test analysis beyond predefined requirements, actively identifying links and special cases throughout multiple projects.

Profile & Ideal Candidate

We seek candidates who are:

• Experienced as a functional tester or as a junior business analyst (a plus, but not mandatory).
• Autonomous, structured, and ready to take initiative and responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Organized and flexible in adapting to changes.
• Curious, willing to experiment, ask questions, and analyze outcomes.
• Detail-oriented with a critical mindset for connecting various concepts.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, enabling effective communication with stakeholders.

Your strong analytical skills and ability to navigate technical discussions with IT colleagues will set you apart, as will your desire to ensure high-quality implementations.
