- Supporting accurate test reporting and proactively following up on outstanding issues.
- Contributing to testing governance, coordination, and alignment across stakeholders.
Technical Profile
You have a functional understanding of software testing and hold an ISTQB Foundation certification. You have hands-on experience with OpenText UFT and HP ALM, including creating and maintaining automated test scripts and optimizing existing object repositories. Knowledge of VBScript and experience with a hybrid test automation framework combining data-driven and keyword-driven approaches are important.
You also understand HP ALM cycles, test suites, and test execution planning, and have junior-level experience with Power BI, including report structures and data refresh processes. Experience with Azure DevOps or VSTS, particularly boards, epics, features, user stories, and test plans, is a plus.
The Ideal Candidate
You are an accurate, proactive, and analytical professional with 0 to 2 years of experience in software testing. You communicate clearly and professionally with technical and business stakeholders and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team. A bachelor's or master's degree is expected. An interest in project management, insurance, or IT is considered an advantage. Fluency in both Dutch and English is essential.
