Test Manager
Function
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Test Manager to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA migration program within a complex financial and accounting environment.
This role is critical to ensuring the quality and stability of the system ahead of a major rollout to an extended dealer network. You will work closely with an external system integrator and internal stakeholders to define, challenge, and execute a robust testing strategy.
The ideal candidate is stress-resistant, hands-on, and confident in managing testing activities in a high-pressure transformation program.
Key Responsibilities

Define and lead the overall test strategy for SAP S/4HANA implementation (Finance & Accounting scope)

Organize and coordinate all test phases:

System Integration Testing (SIT)

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Regression testing
-

Challenge and complement the work of the system integrator to ensure testing quality and completeness

Identify risks and defects early and drive resolution with technical and business teams

Ensure business processes related to accounting and finance are fully validated

Report testing progress, issues, and recommendations to program stakeholders

Prepare the organization for the upcoming rollout to the dealer network

Maintain strong communication between IT, finance, and external partners
Required Skills & Experience

Senior experience as Test Manager on large ERP / SAP transformation programs

Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations

Strong background in Finance & Accounting processes

Experience with tools/modules such as:

SAP S/4HANA

Ariba
-
Jedox (nice to have)

Able to work under pressure and manage complex stakeholder environments

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong leadership and coordination abilities
Language Requirements

Fluent in English, Dutch, and French (mandatory)
