We're looking for a consultant to join our client's team, playing a pivotal role in the ongoing transformation of service and operations activities. As the organization enhances its operational efficiency and introduces workflow automation through advanced technological platforms, your expertise will be essential in orchestrating comprehensive testing activities within this multi-faceted program. Responsibilities

The Central Test Coordinator will oversee end-to-end testing coordination while ensuring alignment with the broader test strategy. Key responsibilities include:

• Defining the Test Strategy and governance frameworks.
• Planning and coordinating integration and end-to-end testing.
• Managing defects and quality control procedures.
• Reporting to stakeholders, including updating test progress dashboards, defect metrics, and facilitating meetings for go/no-go decisions.
• Monitoring and synchronizing activities with the Test & Release manager and Tribe Test Engineers.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have a robust educational background, ideally with a Master's degree, and relevant certifications in testing methodologies. Experience and knowledge required include:

• At least 10 years of experience in testing, particularly in System Integration Testing, API, and middleware architectures.
• A firm grasp of banking systems and operations, along with familiarity with Cloud or hybrid environments.
• Knowledge of regulatory constraints affecting banking operations and experience with large-scale transformation programs.

Soft Skills and Language Proficiency

The ideal candidate will also demonstrate strong leadership and coordination skills, coupled with effective stakeholder management abilities. The ability to handle complex dependencies and make risk-based decisions is essential. Language fluency requirements are:

• Dutch – working knowledge
• French – working knowledge
• English – fluent, both oral and written
