Toepassingsarchitect / Senior .NET Developer
Function
We're looking for a skilled consultant to join our client's dynamic team, contributing to the advancement and modernization of an internally developed digital services platform. This innovative platform provides a centralized online environment for citizens and organizations to request and track important documentation, including permits, recognitions, and registrations.
Responsibilities
The consultant will play a pivotal role in the entire software development process, taking charge of complex implementations and integrations. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop high-level technical designs for applications and infrastructure.
- Create low-level technical designs and guidelines for the development team.
- Assist developers with complex technical implementations.
- Ensure the quality, maintainability, and performance of the software.
- Collaborate on modernization and migration projects for existing applications.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a fullstack .NET developer and a strong technical background in application architecture and modernization projects. Required technical knowledge and experience include:
- A minimum of 7 years experience as a fullstack .NET developer.
- Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC and .NET Core.
- Experience with React and/or Angular frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with technical application migrations and modernization efforts.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Git version control.
- Knowledge of communication platforms and integrations (SOAP and REST).
- Experience with SQL and database management.
- Expertise in security and secure application development.
- Previous involvement with eHealth platform services is a plus.
- Experience in public sector digital service applications is desired.
Language Requirements
Fluency in Dutch at a native level is required, alongside proficiency in English. French knowledge is also a plus.
