Function

We’re looking for a Training Coordinator to join our client’s transformation program and lead all end-user training activities for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation. In this role, you will be the key connection between business stakeholders, IT teams, and users, ensuring the organization is fully prepared for go-live. You will play a central role in driving adoption, reducing operational risk, and making sure training delivery meets both quality standards and project timelines.

Role & Responsibilities

You will take ownership of the full training lifecycle, from needs analysis to execution and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities include:

  • Identifying training needs by working closely with department leaders and key stakeholders

  • Performing skills gap assessments and defining training priorities across the organization

  • Supporting change initiatives by embedding communication and engagement strategies into training activities

  • Designing and coordinating role-based, process-driven SAP training programs

  • Mapping business processes (As-Is / To-Be) to ensure training materials reflect optimized workflows

  • Aligning training plans with project milestones, cutover activities, and go-live schedules

  • Coordinating logistics such as session planning, room bookings, and virtual learning platforms

  • Ensuring proper role-based user mapping together with technical and functional teams

Training Content, Delivery & Quality

In addition to coordination, you will ensure content quality and training effectiveness by:

  • Working with business process owners and solution architects to review and validate training materials

  • Ensuring alignment with global templates, standards, and governance guidelines defined by our client

  • Testing training environments, managing access issues, and supporting technical readiness

  • Organizing train-the-trainer sessions and end-user workshops

  • Tracking training attendance, completion, and certification

  • Defining training KPIs and measuring material readiness through project tracking tools

  • Managing feedback, surveys, and continuous improvement actions based on results

The Ideal Candidate

Our client is looking for someone who combines structure, communication, and operational excellence. You are comfortable working in transformation environments and coordinating multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings:

  • Experience in SAP-related training coordination or enterprise change programs

  • A strong understanding of business process mapping and SAP S/4HANA concepts

  • Proven ability to organize large training programs in complex organizations

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Experience with training governance, metrics, and reporting

  • A proactive and solution-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
