Role & Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Spearhead transformation projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Your role will be pivotal in evolving the customer experience and optimizing internal operations.
• Team Management & Coaching: Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation. You will indirectly manage multiple teams, nurturing a culture of high performance and mutual support.
• Complex Problem Solving:
  • Project Delivery: Oversee the development and execution of innovative solutions.
  • Adaptive Problem-Solving: Display adaptability and creativity, enhancing continuous improvement and learning within the team.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain clear, proactive communication to manage expectations and ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprises (SAFe) and a solid understanding of ICT.
• Fluent in Dutch.
• Proactive, initiative-taker with a results-driven attitude.
• Clear, structured, and persuasive communication skills.
• Excellent collaboration abilities and a strong team player.
• Quick learner, eager to absorb new information.
• Efficient and adept at prioritizing tasks.
