We're seeking a dedicated professional to join our client's team as they advance the implementation of a new application suite in the healthcare sector. This role involves a hands-on approach to support users and integrators as they transition from existing systems to the innovative new platform. Your expertise in communication and user support will play a key role in ensuring a smooth transition, contributing significantly to the rollout process.

In this position, you will work closely with program leaders to assist various stakeholders in the healthcare sector, ensuring seamless communication and support during the migration process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing communication materials such as workshops, presentations, and onboarding processes for different user groups.
• Creating FAQs and communication elements in collaboration with development teams to support users effectively.
• Organizing feedback loops and engagement sessions to refine support processes.
• Maintaining project documentation and ensuring all stakeholders are informed of the access process.

The successful candidate will have a proven background in stakeholder communication and user support within the healthcare sector. You should possess:

• Experience with the rollout of medical applications and understanding of user support across all levels (1st, 2nd, and 3rd line).
• Familiarity with agile development projects, enabling you to innovate in user support and communication strategies.
• Knowledge of the Belgian eHealth ecosystem and its stakeholders.
• A strong ability to liaise with various integrators and act as a representative for the project.

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following skills:

• Fluent in Dutch and English (French is an asset).
• Confirmed experience with agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with MS Project and service management tools.
• Capable of conducting user analysis and onboarding for integrators.
