UX Designer

We're looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our client's multidisciplinary team. In this role, you'll take the lead in crafting intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging user interfaces across a range of digital platforms. Your work will have a real impact—translating complex user needs into elegant design solutions that elevate the overall experience for a diverse and multilingual audience.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a key member of the UX team, you’ll play a central role in shaping product experiences from discovery to delivery. This includes:

• Conducting user research through interviews, surveys, focus groups, and usability testing

• Collaborating with analysts and developers to ensure solutions meet both user and technical requirements

• Designing low- and high-fidelity prototypes, using a mobile-first approach

• Ensuring UI designs are fully aligned with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)

• Contributing to the governance of a comprehensive style guide

• Providing user-focused service design solutions through iterative and lab-based creative processes

• Facilitating continuous feedback loops with stakeholders, including internal teams and external users

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a UX Designer with a strong portfolio that clearly demonstrates user-centered design thinking and technical mastery. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Proven expertise with design tools such as Figma (expert level), Adobe XD, Axure, Conceptboard, and Mentimeter

• In-depth understanding of accessibility standards, particularly WCAG 2.1

• Fluency in both French and Dutch, enabling seamless communication across linguistic lines

• A strategic mindset coupled with hands-on design execution

• A collaborative spirit and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
