UX/UI Designer

We're seeking a skilled consultant to join our client's team in a pivotal role that focuses on enhancing user experiences through innovative design. This opportunity calls for a senior professional who is adept at both UX and UI design processes, as well as user research and interface design principles. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in reshaping the digital landscape for users, ensuring services are accessible and user-friendly.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead user research initiatives, which include conducting interviews, workshops, and usability tests to better understand user needs. You will be responsible for:

• Modeling user requirements and behaviors.
• Creating ergonomic and accessible solutions involving information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Designing modern and consistent graphical interfaces.
• Developing and maintaining high-fidelity mockups using Figma, ensuring adherence to a comprehensive design system.
• Collaborating closely with front-end developers and project managers to verify the integration of your designs and uphold graphic quality standards.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will be fluent in French and will have considerable experience in UX/UI design. Essential skills and experience include:

• Proficiency in Angular, HTML, CSS, and PrimeNG.
• Experience in creating wireframes and understanding WCAG 2.1 standards.
• Significant background in UX research and design.
• Ability to ensure consistency across multiple applications.
• Minimum of five years of experience in establishing and evolving design systems.

Collaboration & Quality Assurance

This position requires you to be a key player within a team, whereby you will take on a consultative role regarding UX/UI practices. Your tasks will include:

• Participating in quality control for ergonomic and graphical deliverables.
• Acting as a reference point for best practices in UX/UI design within the project team.
• Willingness to work onsite at least 50% of the time, depending on project needs.
